भाषा संस्कृति र संचार सम्बन्धी विशेष कार्यक्रममा उपस्थितिको लागि नेजाको अनुरोध

नेपाल अमेरिका पत्रकार सँघ(नेजा)ले अमेरिकामा विशेषतः डि.सी. मेट्रो क्षेत्रमा रहनु भएका सम्पूर्ण दाजुभाई तथा दिदी बहिनीहरुलाई एक बिशेष कार्यक्रममा उपस्थितिका लागि अनुरोध गरेको छ ।
आगामी जुलाई ३१ का दिन स्थानीय आर्लिङटन लाइब्रेरीमा हुन लागेको एक भिन्नै किसिमको विशेष कार्यक्रममा यहांको उपस्थितिको लागि हार्दिक अनुरोध छ । नेपाली अमेरिकी समाजमा हाम्रो नेपाली एवं पूर्वीय दर्शन, भाषा, संस्कृति तथा संचारको महत्व र विस्तारको सवालमा सोही विषयका एक विशेषज्ञ तुंगनाथ उपाध्यायको विशेष प्रूतुति र यस क्षेत्रका अन्य विद्धानहरुको उपस्थितिमा हुने यो कार्यक्रमलाई नेपाल अमेरिका पत्रकार संघ (नेजा)ले मोडरेट गरी अन्तरक्रियात्मक र रचनात्मक बनाउने कोशिश गर्ने छ । तपाईको प्रत्यक्ष उपस्थिति, सल्लाह, सुझाव र रचनात्कम सहयोगको अपेक्षा गरिएको छ ।

तुंगनाथजीको संक्षिप्त परिचयः
Tunganath has been composing music and singing for the past three decades. Apart from teaching in Assam, he taught in some of the reputed schools of Nepal like Budhanilakantha Ashram School, Galaxy Public School, Mahendra Bhawan Girls’ H.S. School, The Elite’s Co- Ed, Little Angels’ School – he has also composed anthems for schools like Little Angels’, Mahendra Bhawan etc. published Kavita Sangam – 1979 (a collection of poems), Yahan Yastai Chha -1983 (poems) and Madhuri – 1991(Lyrics).

He has composed and produced several musical cassette albums and CD’s. Tunganath has released ‘ARCHANA’ – the first Sanskrit devotional songs ever released in the history of Nepal,

He was a Radio Talk Host for All India Radio in Hindi and Nepali. He performed ghazals for ‘Doordarshan’ – Indian Television too, Tunganath was the Founder Editor of ‘SANSKRITI’ – a periodical magazine of All Assam – Nepali Cultural Forum.

In addition to the above, he was also Radio Program Producer for H B C 94 FM. Apart from India, Nepal and Bhutan, he performed in many social and cultural community events organized by different US based Nepali and Indian organizations and is well versed in Assamese, Bengali, English, Hindi/Urdu and Nepali.

He provided a systematic vocal training to a big group of children for the 30th ANA Convention’s grand opening ceremony in Dallas 2012.

He also inaugurated the cultural program in New Jersey, NY on its 24th convention with Bhanubhakta’s Ramayan Rendition, on the same occasion literary program of ILNS was also inaugurated by Ganapati Vandana.
