President Sharma, you are a true social leader without any boundaries and I am confident that with your able leadership, experience and expertise you will lead Nepalese Association of Georgia (NAG), to a different height in best serving Nepali American community and Friends of Nepal in Georgia. NASeA extends her great appreciation to the Immediate Past President of NAG Damu Dongolji and his team for successfully completing their tenure 2015-2017. Outgoing President Dongolji’s contributions in the state of Georgia has been outstanding and he has been a true leader of this region and a valued member of NASeA. Specially, I would like to acknowledge his leadership during NASeA Silver Jubilee event 2016 held in Atlanta, Georgia. You have been very instrumental in transition of ‘NASeA Atlanta Nepali School’ to Nepali Cultural Center, Atlanta (NCC). NCC-Atlanta Nepali School is indeed NASeA-NAG and NCC collective pride. Your youth leadership skill will be always an asset to NASeA and looking forward your ongoing contribution in this region.
Furthermore, I would like to salute the democratic process which was well followed and honored during the tough contest of NAG election 2017-2019. Here I would like to acknowledge with high regards the Presidential Candidate Deepak Pahariji’s spirit to serve our NAG community. His remarks after the election indeed reinforces the unity, putting personal agenda aside and working towards uniting the community which is always near and dear to everyone. Deepak Pahariji you are our true Hero! Best of Luck ahead!
