Nepal America International Film Festival (NAIFF) is an annual film event organized by Nepal America Film Society, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. The festival takes place from 5th-7th May 2017 in Washington DC metro area (Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC) in collaboration with Nepali Diaspora community organizations, personalities and other cinematic organizations of the United States and Nepal.
The Festival showcases all genres of films including feature length, documentaries, animation, experimental and shorts. The festival focuses films from Nepal by the Nepali and non-Nepali filmmakers under the Nepal Panorama section. However, Films made in South Asia, America and other parts of the world also will be included and screened in the festival.
Currently, we are looking for volunteers from Washington DC metro area (Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC). We will also welcome volunteers from across the United States who has commitment and passion for supporting art, culture and cinema. The Volunteers will have key role for the success of film festival event. You can volunteer for the festival from the begining to end of the program.
